BEGINNER WEEK 1
Welcome to the 4-week Build & Burn Beginner Program! Each week trainer Ashley will lead you through 3, full-body workouts designed to help you build strength from the ground up. With a methodical approach starting with modified exercises, moving towards adding impact & intensity throughout the program, this beginner program will have you feeling confident & strong in no time.
Equipment: a mat, one set of light & medium weight dumbbells, and something for incline movements (box, bench, chair, etc.). This program is safe whether you are a beginner or postpartum mama!

Week 1 Day 1 - Low Intensity Toning
A full body + core strength circuit with foundational movements. Grab your dumbbells and a chair and let's do it!

4 minutes of core + 20 minutes of full body strength. LET'S SWEAT
