    This circuit based workout targets our glutes & inner thighs. Bringing it back to a lot of the basics, expect a lot of strength.

  • Strong Core & Upper Body

    Episode 2

    A timed main circuit with a finisher going to failure, this workout focuses on reps & time. Back, biceps, and core BLAST!

  • Pilates x Strength Legs

    Episode 3

    With a mix of pulsing & full reps, get ready to feel the Pilates burn. Expect curtsy lunges, lunge pulses, and standing knee raises

  • 33-Minute Arm Burner

    Episode 4

    10 exercises total in this workout. We're hitting high reps and getting our heart rate up as well! This chest, triceps, and shoulders workout is not for the weak.

  • Happy Vibes HIIT

    Episode 5

    We pack a lot of exercises into this 30 minute class leaving no time waisted. This is a total calorie burner!
