Welcome to our newest program: Build x Pilates! This weekly split includes 2 Build (strength) workouts and 2 Pilates workouts designed to complement each other perfectly. Think of it as your low-impact bestie, the ideal blend of muscle building strength and toning pilates.

Equipment: light + medium dumbbells, small resistance band, optional ankle weights + pilates ball
