The final stretch, mamas! The 3rd trimester program takes you from week 28 through your last days of pregnancy. We start to incorporate pelvic floor lengthening, hip mobility, and more! This phase is all about maintenance - staying consistent with movement as much as possible, preparing your body and mind for birth, and continuing to build strength that will support you postpartum. You got this!

  • Lower Body Hammies & Glutes

    Episode 1

    Let's have some fun with today's lower body day! We're incorporating rotational moves to continue to prepare your hips for birth.

    Equipment: medium weights

  • Strong Back Biceps & Core

    Episode 2

    Starting off with a prenatal core circuit & ending with a back & biceps burner.

    Equipment: medium weights, heavy weights, long resistance band

  • 30-Minute Feel Good Yoga Flow

    Episode 3

    Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor Ashley Stewart is taking us through a yoga flow focused on opening the hips & stretching the side body for birth prep.

    Equipment: yoga block or pillow optional

  • Boulder Shoulders & Tired Tri's

    Episode 4

    A functional strength upper body workout focusing on your shoulders, chest & triceps. You will be feeling the BURN with this one.

    Equipment: light weights, medium weights, chair
