WELCOME to 4 weeks of strength, pilates, and cardio. With mostly 30-minute workouts and a few bite sized 10-15 minute workouts to squeeze in on those busy days with all the planning, this program was made with 1 thing in mind: BRIDES
HOW THE WORKOUTS ARE STRUCTURED: There are 4 workouts each week in PDF & video format. You can do either the PDF or video. It's suggested to do the workouts in the default order below on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The only other thing we would add on top of this is STEPS! Aim for 10k steps a day leading up to the big day!
