This 1st trimester program will take you from week 5 through week 12 of your pregnancy. There may be days where you're feeling low energy & on those days, feel free to drop down in weights or go completely bodyweight. This is program is made to motivate you through your 1st trimester, but please take it as you need it on a daily basis. Good luck, mama!

  • Feel Good Legs

    Episode 1

    These legs are going strengthen themselves, but this workout will. A hard, but feel good leg day!

    Equipment: chair, heavy weights, medium weights

  • Sweaty Upper Body

    Episode 2

    Chest, triceps, and shoulders HIIT focused. We get your heart rate UP while also strengthening your upper body.

  • Mood Boosting Lower Body HIIT

    Episode 3

    Lower body HIIT focused workout. Wow was this SWEATY. A lot of cardio in this workout!

  • Toned Upper Body & Core

    Episode 4

    Back, biceps, and core upper body STRENGTH! We felt the perfect amount of sore and tight after this one
