  • 32-Minute Glutes & Abs Mix

    Episode 1

    A big focus on the glutes, yet this workout adds a core exercise to each circuit! Time to sweat and shred. One of Amanda's personal favorite leg workouts

    Equipment needed: medium weights, heavy weights

  • 34-Minute Back on Fire

    Episode 2

    This build workout focuses on our back, biceps, and core. We run through many exercises in this 4 circuit workout that combines reps and time!

    Equipment: medium weights, resistance bands

  • Mat Pilates Strength

    Episode 3

    Staying close to our mat, this gentle workout hits your full body of muscles.

    Equipment: ankle weights, ball

  • Lower Body Feel the Fire

    Episode 4

    These AMRAP circuits are split between cardio, core, and performance. Hitting all lower body & core muscles PLUS getting our cardio in.

  • Strength x Cardio Upper Body

    Episode 5

    Chest, triceps and shoulders focused BURN workout. A few strength focused moves that will really target those shoulders and triceps paired with surfer burpees & high knees!
