Here are your workouts for the 2nd Trimester! We take a methodical approach to building strength, increasing your core capacity, and continuing to train for birth and beyond. Throughout this trimester we will begin to modify movements to accommodate for your growing belly. Please take note of any abdominal coning - if you see coning coming through the center of your abdominal wall, please modify that movement.   • Strong Booty & Inner Thighs

    Episode 1

    Join me for this strengthening booty and inner thigh focused workout. 30-minutes of WORK!

    Equipment: medium weights, chair, resistance band

  • Shoulders, Chest, Triceps, & Cardio

    Episode 2

    HIITing those chest, triceps, & shoulders with a mix of cardio & strength.

    Equipment: chair, light weights, medium weights

  • Full Body Fire

    Episode 3

    A lot of full body combo moves here and timed circuits decreasing in work time each set. Let's GO!

  • 2nd Trimester Lower Body Yoga Flow

    Episode 4

    With a lower body focus, Kristen will take us through a feel good and strong flow for prenatal ladies in their 2nd trimester
