There may be days where you're feeling low energy & on those days, feel free to drop down in weights or go completely bodyweight.     In this pilates inspired lower body workout, we have a lot of pulsing. You'll see goddess squats and static lunges that will cause your legs to shake!

    Prenatal shoulders, chest, & triceps will actually be shaking from this. This should be titled "good luck tightening your ponytail"
