This 1st trimester program will take you from week 5 through week 12 of your pregnancy. There may be days where you're feeling low energy & on those days, feel free to drop down in weights or go completely bodyweight. This is program is made to motivate you through your 1st trimester, but please take it as you need it on a daily basis. Good luck, mama!

    Episode 1

    One of Amanda's personal favorite lower body days. A fun mix of strengthening and sculpting moves!

    Episode 2

    Chest, triceps, shoulders STRENGTH. Light up your upper body moves with this feel good upper body workout!

  • All Trimesters Yoga Flow

    Episode 3

    Feel good & strong flow for your full body with our prenatal instructor, Kristen

  • Boulder Shoulders & Tired Tri's

    Episode 4

    A functional strength upper body workout focusing on your shoulders, chest & triceps. You will be feeling the BURN with this one.

    Equipment: light weights, medium weights, chair
