Here are your workouts for the 2nd Trimester! We take a methodical approach to building strength, increasing your core capacity, and continuing to train for birth and beyond. Throughout this trimester we will begin to modify movements to accommodate for your growing belly. Please take note of any abdominal coning - if you see coning coming through the center of your abdominal wall, please modify that movement.   • Leg Burn & Firm

    Episode 1

    This burn + firm combo workout incorporates 2 circuits. One with high intensity and one with low intensity focusing. This combo was one of our favorite workouts!

    Equipment: medium weights, resistance bands

  • Back Biceps & Core Strength

    Episode 2

    This 1 + 1/2 rep move circuit will give you a change up from your typical 1 rep workouts. Let's get your back, biceps, & core burning today!

  • 2nd Trimester Lower Body Yoga Flow

    Episode 3

    With a lower body focus, Kristen will take us through a feel good and strong flow for prenatal ladies in their 2nd trimester

  • Functional Chest Tri's & Shoulders

    Episode 4

    a strength + low impact HIIT combo with a mix of AMRAP's and reps. This upper body workout will fly by!
