The final stretch, mamas! The 3rd trimester program takes you from week 28 through your last days of pregnancy. We start to incorporate pelvic floor lengthening, hip mobility, and more! This phase is all about maintenance - staying consistent with movement as much as possible, preparing your body and mind for birth, and continuing to build strength that will support you postpartum. You got this!

  • Lower Body Strengthen & Lengthen

    Episode 1

    This lower body workout focuses on strengthening & lengthening those muscles! Get ready for that booty to BURN.

    Equipment: medium weights, heavy weights, resistance band

  • Upper Body Back & Bi's Emom

    Episode 2

    Back, biceps, and core functional style workout. This EMOM upper body workout circuit will have you DRIPPING!

    Equipment: medium weights, heavy weights

  • Grow Your Peach

    Episode 3

    Lower body strength that has a big target on your glutes. We were sore for days ;) Alternative to step ups: walking lunges

    Equipment: box, heavy weights, resistance bands

  • Shred Your Arms

    Episode 4

    Prenatal shoulders, chest, & triceps will actually be shaking from this. This should be titled "good luck tightening your ponytail"
