    You'll see anti-lateral flexion, anti-rotation, and anti-extension moves today to work the core in a pregnancy safe way. And of course, back & biceps!

  • 2nd Trimester Full Body Flow

    Full body flow for 2nd trimester specific mamas. Targeting and lengthening our arms, legs, and core here

  • Shoulders, Chest, Triceps, & Cardio

    HIITing those chest, triceps, & shoulders with a mix of cardio & strength.
