CORE REHAB (3-4 WEEKS)

Phase 1, Core Rehab, focuses on re-establishing the function of your deep core, restoring strength to traumatized tissue, and rebuilding your core capacity to assist in performing daily activities safely (like lifting your car seat out of the car). The videos in this phase are split into 12 sessions, each of which is 5-8 minutes in length and is designed to be performed 1-2 times per day, 2-4 days in a row. If you feel you need more time to master a skill in a particular session, please feel free to repeat a session daily until that you feel comfortable moving onto the next session.

*NOTE: if you are beginning this program more than 2 months postpartum, we would recommend pairing Phase 1 WITH Phase 2. Reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
