    3 AMRAP style circuits today where we set the timer and work through as many rounds as we can. Broken up into lower body, core, and a combo!

  • Strength then Cardio Upper Body

    Raina takes you through 2 circuits that focus on your chest, triceps, and shoulders. Think tricep dips, cardio bursts, chest press, & tricep extensions.

    We focus on a strength/cardio combo today with a full superset workout. Legs get it!

  • AMRAP Burn 30

    30 minutes of strength x cardio with Raina! A mix of strengthening moves like bent over rows, bicep curls, and reverse flys mixed with a few high heart rate moves like jumping jacks

  • Shoulders & Cardio 30

    With a major focus on sculpting our shoulders, we also hit our chest & triceps. Prepare for a sweat & a muscle build combo!

  • Burn 30 Arms

    With some higher intensity moves, Raina focuses on our back, biceps, and core! Raina is using 8 lbs and 12 lbs.

  • Lower Body Weights & Intervals

    With alternating circuits of weights & intervals, Ashley maximizes your output in these 30 minutes. Ashley is using 10 lbs & 15 lbs.

  • Light High Step Cardio & Arms

    3 circuits with each 1 focusing on a different muscle group: back, biceps, and core. With cardio mixed into each circuit, we get our steps in also!

  • High Rep Lower Body + Core

    A core & cardio focused circuit followed by a total core circuit for a full lower body BURN! Raina is using 20 lb dumbbells

  • Leg Burn & Firm

    This burn + firm combo workout incorporates 2 circuits. One with high intensity and one with low intensity focusing. This combo was one of our favorite workouts!

    This workouts focuses on getting in a high number of reps while also shaping the booty! In a short period of time, we get in low intensity cardio & light strength

  • Upper Body Build then BURN

    This workout combines strength for half the workout with medium/high intensity bursts for the second half! Ashley is using 5 lb & 15 lb dumbbells.

    This Build x Burn workout brings you 15 minutes of strength and 10 minutes of cardio work. Expect to get it ALL from this 1 workout!

    I'm using 15 lbs & 1 heavier 20 lb dumbbell in this lower body BURN workout. A little bit of strength & a lot of cardio!
